As a researcher and lecturer in technology, my journey has been driven by a deep passion for sharing knowledge. Whether it's with my students, colleagues, or the wider community, I find immense fulfillment in exploring and discussing the ever-evolving world of technology. Through my "Lecturer's Diary," I want to capture the joys, challenges, and discoveries that come with teaching and working in this dynamic field.

My background in Technology Management, combined with years of research and teaching across different countries, has given me the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge innovations. Whether I’m mentoring students at Nottingham Business School, Montpellier Business School, Thammasat Business School and IPAG, or collaborating with industry leaders in fintech, blockchain, and AI, my goal remains the same: to bridge the gap between theory and practice. I love seeing how technology transforms industries and impacts society, and I feel privileged to contribute to these conversations.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing how ideas evolve into real-world applications. Consulting for firms like Fexco and Ripple, researching Web 3, AI’s influence on user trust, or helping businesses navigate the complexities of intellectual property are all part of what keeps my work exciting and meaningful. The fast-paced nature of technology means there’s always something new to learn and share, making each day different from the last.

Of course, this journey isn’t without its challenges. Technology moves at an incredible speed, requiring constant adaptation. Teaching students to navigate this uncertainty means going beyond technical knowledge—it’s about fostering critical thinking, creativity, and resilience. Balancing research, teaching, and industry collaboration, along with exploring new ventures like Web3-based online dating platforms, can be demanding but also incredibly rewarding.

Despite the challenges, I wouldn’t trade this career for anything. Whether it’s through lectures, publications, or new research projects, I’m committed to sparking curiosity, encouraging innovation, and helping others see the bigger picture of technology’s role in our world. My "Lecturer's Diary" is more than just a reflection—it’s an open space for discussion, learning, and growth.

Join me as I continue to explore, teach, and innovate in this fascinating field. Let’s keep the conversation going!
